POSITION SUMMARY

The Millie's Supervisor is responsible for overall guest experience, vendor service, facility maintenance, and energy of Millie's. In addition to their primary responsibilities, the Millie's Supervisor should build a win/win partnership with our vendors and ensure consistent execution of cleaning and operations standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND TASKS

1. Promotes, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of Politan Group.

2. Ensures the execution of consistency exceeding guest service standards.

3. Directs and coordinate operations, service, cleanliness and training standards.

4. Responsible for pre-shifting team (ex. assigning sections, tasks, responsibilities).

5. Knows where all team members are at all times. He/she is fully responsible for the current shift.

6. Must lead the completion of tasks; NOT delegate responsibilities to others.

7. Receive all comments, concerns or complaints coming from the team, and communicate to MOD.

8. Clears dishes, sanitize and set tables, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor in a professional and effective manner.

9. Continuous grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters.

10. Ensure all preventive maintenance and cleaning checklists (daily, weekly, per period, annually) are completed thoroughly and on-time.

11. Builds win-win partnership with vendor partners.

12. Ensures the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained in the Market.

13. Fastest worker on the floor.

14. All other duties as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Two (2) or more years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting with supervisory experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● High school diploma or GED

● Four (4) or more years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting with supervisory experience

SKILLS/APTITUDES:

● Social distancing / Proper hygiene

● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

● Creative problem solver abilities – must be able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

● Industry knowledge and strong passion for guest service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

● Ability to speak and hear, vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

● Constant standing, sitting, and walking

● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

● Be able to reach, bend, and stoop.

● Be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

● Regularly required to use hands and frequent washing of hands.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

● Position will be required to work nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
