Our growing independent restaurant group seeks a passionate, experienced pastry chef to amaze our guests.

As our pastry chef you will oversee our central pastry kitchen to create desserts for 3 different brands at 6 units. You will train, mentor, and supervise pastry cooks who will assist you with production.

At Sidewall Pizza Company we serve homemade ice cream made with local milk. Each day we thrill our guests with a new flavor (think classic favorites like Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter Cup, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, as well as inventive originals like Earl Grey Tea, White Chocolate Lavender, Avocado Honey, and Brown Sugar Caramelized Banana). In this position, you will plan and execute all ice cream production for our four Greenville-area locations (with three more coming online by the end of 2019).

In addition to our homemade ice cream, we also make our own desserts for our two other restaurants in Travelers Rest, SC Rocket Surgery (contemporary Italian-inspired cuisine featuring fresh homemade pasta), and Monkey Wrench Smokehouse (wood smoked BBQ). Your role will be to plan, execute, and oversee dessert production for these two brands as well.

We also host private events, ticketed chef dinners, and offer catering. All of these give you additional outlets to display your talents and delight our guests.

Strong candidates will have at least 1 year of professional pastry experience.
