Seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook/Server to join our growing Soul Food Restaurant . .

Responsibilities:

- Food Prep: Assist in preparing ingredients such as washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other items according to recipes and instructions.

- Short Order Cook: Support the kitchen team by handling basic cooking tasks like mixing ingredients, preparing sauces, and assembling simple dishes.

- Waitress and Waiters

- Bartender : Mocktails (NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES)

- Dishwashing: Operate the dishwasher to clean plates, utensils, pots, and pans. Hand-wash larger items as needed.

- Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure that all kitchen surfaces, including counters, floors, and equipment, are kept clean and sanitized.

- Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recycling, and assist with managing garbage/compost areas.

- Restocking: Restock kitchen supplies and ensure all stations have the necessary ingredients and tools ready for service.

- Team Support: Provide general support to the kitchen staff, stepping in where needed to ensure smooth operation during busy times.

-Helping with inventory management and restocking at the end of the shift.

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

- including weekends, and holidays.
