Our FOH staff makes $7.25 base per hour plus tips - averaging $17 - $20 (+) per hour
Full time team members are eligible for health benefits - medical, dental and vision.
We define fulltime as 30+ hours per week

Position Summary: The primary focus for servers is on the customers directly, explaining the menu, orienting customers to our food, getting to know them, selling/presenting drinks, up-selling, being aware of the overall flow of the FOH (regardless of your section), being available to run the bill the minute it's needed, ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience and are thoroughly mind-blasted!
