About Us:
A new Chef Residency is starting at Pullman Yards! This May we will begin offering Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm. Brunch will be a fine dinning experience with upscale ambiance and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu will feature tapas style brunch items made with a Caribbean flare. The restaurant will offer instagram worthy plates and exceptional service. We are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Server to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
- Take food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and timing
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when appropriate
- Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout the meal
- Handle payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- You must be available for ALL of the following dates 5/9, 5/10, 5/16 & 5/17, and consistently available for Saturday and Sunday going forward.
- Previous experience in a server or front-of-house role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday
- Must be 18 or older
