The Shift Manager, a non-exempt management role, oversees the team, the operation of the kitchen, the back of house and the front of house all in an effort to ensure amazing hospitality, a smooth operational flow, facility cleanliness, and staff efficiency! On a daily basis, the Shift Manager is responsible for completing all of the following tasks while on their shift:
Completes All Opening Manager Procedures
Leads, Trains and Develops the Team
Manages and Drives the Shift
Completes All Closing Manager Procedures
