Established and well regarded popular neighborhood restaurant is seeking an experienced Sunday Brunch Chef to open and operate a limited but classic order-from-the-menu brunch. Candidate should have proven prior brunch experience, ability to order and maintain inventory, scheduling of servers from our current staff. Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with service from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. If candidate requires additional hours, opportunity for 3 night sous chef position is possible.
