Truva Turkish Kitchen is seeking a self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and professional server/bartender. Must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails. Extensive knowledge of wine and wine service. Creativity to present new ideas for menu consideration.
Experience in an upscale atmosphere preferred.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays.
Day to day responsibilities as directed by your Manager to include:
– ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organizational and quality requirements
– create cocktails using fresh ingredients
– assist with general bar tender duties to include taking and serving orders, clearing and preparing tables, bar area and bar storage, prepare the bill and taking payment.
– understand the “ingredients” of menu items and drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently answer guest queries and to assist and help train other team members
– assist in the quality management of beverages
– effective liaison, support and assistance with the remainder of organization
help set an example for other team members of commitment, work ethic and habits and personal character
– responsibly use resources and help control expenses
– adhere to all organization policies and procedures
