What You Will Do:

Responsible for the everyday management of the job site, meeting with the Client, and acting as a liaison between the Client, Project Managers and other teams. Will also be responsible for proactively looking for safety issues at job sites and immediately addressing/documenting these issues as needed. Will implement/maintain system for tracking safety violations and actively work to prevent further occurrences.

• Thoroughly understand the project’s critical milestones, from installation through start-up testing and acceptance testing.
• Review and update the project schedule with various contractors; oversee planned daily review meeting with contractors at the beginning of each shift. Read Functional Specifications Document (FSD) and Request for Quote (RFQ) for projects.
• Issue complete daily status reports with the appropriate details to address concerns (including a detailed daily summary); have knowledge of all contractor information and inventory received; reference specific issues to the necessary team members.
• Inventory equipment as received against the pack list or bill of materials (BOM); identify and resolve discrepancies as needed, documenting any discrepancies immediately with Purchasing and Project Managers.
• Organize vendor files; keep them in order on a consistent basis, ensuring files, paperwork, and drawings are up to date and easy to find.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, assigning tools and equipment to assigned locations.
• Complete and submit timesheets and expense reports.

Education and Work Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in the Site Management field
• Excellent leadership/Managerial and communication skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Proficiency at reading mechanical and electrical installation drawings and pneumatic schematics/pneumatic installation drawings and power distribution one line diagrams
• Controls troubleshooting and/or Programmable Logic controller (PLC) and panel diagnostics
• Media skills related to the construction of Carton Flow/Pallet Flow/Bin Modules – proficiency at reading installation drawings and BOMs
