We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide non-medical support and companionship to older adults in their homes. The PCA will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety, and promote comfort and dignity while helping clients maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Help with mobility (transfers, walking, positioning)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Escort clients to appointments or errands, as needed
Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving preferred
Ability to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
