The CNA/PCA is responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as:
Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene
Dressing and toileting
Incontinence care
Provide mobility assistance including walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care coordinator or nurse
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Follow the individualized care plan developed for each client
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times
Use clock-in/clock-out system for time tracking and accountability
