Job Summary
The Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing exceptional customer support. This position involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, Coordinating duties of other office staff, Managing client appointments and accounts. Maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise front office activities and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage scheduling for client appointments.
Oversee and ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards
Oversee inventory and maintain proper levels of supplies and products needed in office
Manage client service charges, accounts and record requests
Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer support via phone systems and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate records of patient or client information as necessary.
Ensure the front desk area and common client areas are organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Assist with training new staff members on office procedures and systems.
Collaborate with back office staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is required.
Familiarity with phone systems and computerized office equipment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
