Front Office/Medical Assistant is needed for our growing integrative medical practice located in Marietta, GA. Compensation is based on experience, salary reviews conducted at 60 and 120 days. Hours: Tuesday -Thursday 9:00 a.m -5:00 p.m and Monday &; Friday flex day. Must be able to stay after 5 pm to meet the demands of the patients when necessary. (We welcome recent graduates ( very confident with venipuncture a plus).
The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently and willing to work in the front office the majority of the time, is a good stick, likes to draw blood, is mature, a team player is self-motivated, health-conscious, and willing to learn. Sincere interest in health and wellness, great customer service, superior organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, energetic, punctual, and reliable, with professional attire and attitude.
Reliable transportation and childcare are a must, bilingual is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Experience as a medical assistant in a medical setting. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Taking vitals
- Venipuncture
- Interacting with patients
-IV-Infusions
-Medical Record Management
-Patient Scheduling
-EMR
-Urinalysis
-Hemoglobin
CPT & ICD-10 Coding
-Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
-Check-in and interact with patients with a Smile.
-Exceptional customer service at all times with patients.
-Keeping work area clean
-Answering Phones
-Scheduling Appointments
-Confirming/Reminding Appointments
-making files
-Other duties as assigned
