Cellular Health MD is currently seeking a dynamic Wellness Coordinator for a full-time position at our Roswell and Sandy Springs location. This position is responsible for exemplifying Cellular Health MD’s customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities
Ensure Cellular Health MD branding and culture through consistency and continuity in all actions.
Create relationships with clients to further personalize their experience.
Promote and educate clients on company products and culture.
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Proactively attend to clients to ensure quality customer service.
Answer customer queries regarding services.
Recommend & select services and packages.
Maintain the cleanliness of the office
Perform basic medical tests, such as taking vital signs and ordering labs drawing blood samples.
Assist physicians and mid level providers
Maintain patient records and charts.
collecting personal medical histories and notes on the main concerns for the day’s visit in order to prepare the provider
Organizing medical supplies, stocking rooms. keeping inventory records
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information; understanding of HIPAA
Qualifications
