Optical Sales Associate and Customer Service
For Your Eyes Only is a boutique style eye care clinic located in Cumming, GA. The ideal candidate is detail oriented; works well with others to bring our patients the best experience possible.
Responsibilities will include:
-Inspect, sell, repair & dispense eyewear.
-Schedule appointments & answer incoming calls.
-Pretest patients accurately before seeing the Dr.
-Verify & submit claims to vision insurance.
-Process lab orders.
-Contact lens training & dispensing
The following are requirements:
-Ability to file & retrieve insurance benefits or motivated to learn this.
-Ability to aid a patient in selecting frames that meet their style & visual needs.
-Dependable with a professional attitude & appearance.
-Able to work well in a team based environment.
-Willing to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
