9-year-old private psychology practice in Norcross is looking for an experienced and dependable psychometrist.
This is a contract position for an individual that can average at least 4-6 assessments per week. Days and times are relatively flexible, but you will need to submit your schedule a month in advance.
The practice is in a professional building six miles north of the perimeter just off of I-85 for easy access. The practice is made up of four licensed psychologists. We are a friendly and professional group of colleagues. In addition to the formal feedback and supervision that you will receive, we offer informal mentoring opportunities through an "open-door" policy.
While under the supervision of a licensed psychologist:
-Administer and score the WISC-V/WAIS-IV, WRAT-V, and Bender-II
-Conduct clinical interviews
-Write psychological reports
-You must have completed a diagnostic practicum or have two years of testing experience with the above instruments.
-Excellent report writing skills
-Dependable and conscientious
-Able to schedule one month in advance
-The initial part of the interview will take place over Skype/Facetime, etc.
-Top candidates for the position will be asked to come into the office, administer and score different subtests of the measures, and write an abbreviated report based on his or her findings. The candidate will be compensated $50.00 for this portion of the interview.
$100 per psychological evaluation and completed report--this typically equates to between $20 and $25 per hour
