Position-registered nurse care coordinator
Location, Gwinnett county
Hours Monday through Friday can work one of the following schedules:
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
8 AM to 5 PM
9 AM to 6 PM
No weekend requirements
Holidays are flexible as long as there is staff coverage. But we do encourage at least one winter and one summer major holiday.
Must have at least minimal experience planning in some capacity. Will train the right individual but minimal experience required per policy.
Must be a registered nurse with an active license
Must be able to pass, extensive background check and drug screen
