New home health agency in area looking for a Registered Nurse who can perform in-home supervisory visits at patients' homes once in a while. Will be paid per visit. Cases will be assigned based on availability.

Requirements
- At least 1 yr. experience as a RN in home health or related field
- Valid ID
- Professional License for RN, LPN, etc.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Physical Examination
- TB/Chest X-ray
- Hepatitis B Test
- Level 2 Background check
