Duties:
Skilled person needed for Bowel Care and ADLs for a client in Ellenwood 30 hours per week 10a-4p. Monday Through Friday. Days may change to accommodate client's needs. Must have Bowel Care Training (Skilled CNA preferred)
Provide personal care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
-Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the patient's living space.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
PPE's are supplied as needed.
Requirements Include:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program.
-Drivers license
- Social Security Card
- Negative Annual (2 Years)TB Test
-Background through Fingerprinting
-Reliable Transportation
-Current CPR/First Aid
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely, following proper body mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients of all ages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work independently or as part of a team.
