Responsibilities
Mechanical Repairs:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements.
Body Shop Repairs:
Oversee and perform auto body repairs, including frame alignment, dent removal, welding, and paint preparation.
Ensure adherence to high-quality standards in vehicle restoration and appearance.
Shop Leadership:
Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.
Coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines for customer and dealership vehicles.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure skill development and shop efficiency.
