Assessing and mitigating water damage in residential and commercial properties by removing excess water, setting up drying equipment like fans and dehumidifiers, monitoring the drying process, performing mold remediation if necessary, cleaning affected areas, and providing guidance to property owners on preventing future water damage; often requiring physical labor, the ability to operate specialized equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
Work Conditions: Residences with the following disasters- Fire, Water, Sewage, Mold
Duties:
Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish
Lifting ability 50lbs or more
Cleaning
Packaging
Ability to work electronic device (inventory system)
Pay: $16.50
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
