Southern Industries, a 58-year-old home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer with Refacing Experience. Steady work.
Position Overview:
The Installer will be responsible for precise installations of kitchen cabinet project. Must be able to think on their feet and come up with solutions on job site when the unknown occurs. Countertop Installation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Install cabinet doors, drawers, countertops, cabinet bases, cabinet walls, and pantry boxes
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues on-site
Qualifications:
Prior experience in kitchen cabinet refacing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
