Job Overview: The purpose of the Finisher role is to deliver a clean vehicle in accordance with our established processes and procedures.

Cleanliness: Clean vehicles according to the finishing process, adhering to established procedures.
Speed: Perform duties swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely processing of vehicles.
Cleanliness: Maintain the finishing area in a clean and debris-free condition to enhance customer experience and safety.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
