We are in search of a dependable full-time Cleaning Technician to fortify our team. This role focuses on maintaining and cleaning our fleet of trucks and trailers to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for our operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional time-management, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. Remember you are cleaning equipment that movie stars will be staying in
Responsibilities:
Clean and preserve interiors/exteriors, loading bays, trailers, and other relevant zones as per established cleaning protocols.
Execute routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Sanitize and uphold hygiene standards
Supervise and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist in the cleaning process during vehicle move-ins and move-outs, conducting necessary inspections.
Promptly report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to management for resolution.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, their proper storage, and disposal methods.
Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
