Job Title: Commercial Cleaner
Location: Metro Atlanta Client Locations

Job Summary:
We are seeking 8-10 reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties, such as offices, retail spaces, and other facilities. The ideal candidate is fluent in English language, takes pride in their work, follows directions, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, and furniture
Empty trash cans and replace liners
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Lock and secure premises after cleaning (when applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a commercial cleaner or janitor preferred, but willing to train suitable candidates
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must pass a background check (7 year history)
