Looking for someone who has Plumbing + Electrical Experience Some tasks will be smaller simple handyman Tasks
Ability to lay Flooring, work with Sheetrock, Plywood, and pretty much doing anything on a home repair wise is Key.
We have houses that need maintenance work and this can be an ongoing long term Job ( Tenants will alert us of issues and we want to handle it within 1-2 days we have a current list to handle now )
I am looking for someone with reliable transportation, their own tools, good skills and someone who can be Consistent + Reliable.
We will pay $150 - $200 per day each day. If the property is far, we will pay for gas and hotels.
