Our Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing company is in search of an experienced Crew Leader
(meaning you have worked as a crew leader at another company like ours)

If you do you will only be considered for a helper position
We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader whom is wanting to grow with our team!
Room for growth into management for the right person!
You must have at least 1 year of experience, again with a company in this particular field!
You must have a valid drivers license a reliable vehicle to get to and from the office and a clean background record!
References from the previous company.
Great with talking to customers and dealing with pricing jobs onsite at times.
Great leadership skills with the ability to train helpers into one day crew leaders
Dependability and punctuality are key!
Work week is typically Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
Pay is every Friday (first week is held back)
Pay is percentage based! The more you do the more you make
