We are looking for a Supervisor for our Crew Leaders
$250 Sign on bonus for the right person. We need an experienced person that has worked for a company in this field
We are window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing company.
(In order to meet the requirements of this roll, you must have worked as a crew leader at another company like ours)

So basically we are in search of an experienced Crew Leader who is wanting to grow with our team!
You must have at least 1 year of experience, again with a company in this particular field!
You must have a valid drivers license a reliable vehicle to get to and from the office and a clean background record!
References from the previous company.
Great leadership skills with the ability to train and manage our crews!
Great with talking to customers and dealing crews and with pricing jobs onsite at times.
Dependability and punctuality are key!
Work week is typically Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
Pay is every Friday (first week is held back)
Basic duties would include holding morning meetings, handing out jobs, assisting any crew leaders that need your assistance onsite. You would be also working as a crew leader a few days a week. The other days would consist of doing estimates, etc.
There are other duties that would be discussed during the interview.
