Experienced Maintenance Technician Needed for Condominium Properties (Marietta / Cobb County)
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of several condominium communities in the Cobb County area. This is a hands-on role, similar to apartment maintenance, and requires a well-rounded technician who can handle a variety of tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Climb ladders and safely clean/repair gutters
Paint exterior surfaces (light prep, rolling/brushing)
Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
Troubleshoot and perform light electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
Assist with general upkeep of grounds and common areas
Basic carpentry and drywall patching
Occasional HVAC filter changes or unit checks
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience in multi-family/apartment or condo maintenance
Dependability and strong work ethic
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills for interacting with residents or management
Compensation:
$19–$22 per hour, based on experience and skill set
1099 contractor position with flexible hours and steady work
Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
