Answer all phone calls and emails and provide customer support.
Enter orders in the computer and give them to the warehouse personnel.
Process invoices and email them to the customer.
File processed invoices.
Maintain office cleanliness and supplies.
o Vacuum and dust front office
o Make sure kitchenette is clean and dishes are clean.
o Make sure bathroom is cleaned once every 2 weeks.
Must be able to use a computer and have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and email.
Enter inventory updates into the computer.
Manage customer information.
Receive check and credit card payments and enter them in the computer.
Organize supply room
Call customers for past due invoices
Learn and use our accounting software(Sage)
Organize and update email mailing list
Manage email
Manage mail
Check physical inventory and assist with packing orders.
Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
o 30 minute lunch break
