About Us:
We are opening up a NEW Laundromat Location - ( Scheduled for August 2024 )with state of the art machines, and in need of great team members to help with managing day to day operations along with our Wash Dry Fold and Pickup and Delivery Offerings.
We are a laundromat serving a diverse community, committed to providing excellent service and a clean, welcoming environment. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Laundromat Attendant who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with using machines and selecting services.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Laundry Tasks:
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry according to company standards.
- Handle delicate items and special care instructions appropriately.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Ensure the laundromat is clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down machines.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and laundry bags.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Cash Handling:
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Previous experience in a laundromat or similar setting preferred. Not necessary, we will offer paid training.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to lift and carry laundry loads up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range
$14-$18/HR CASH - w/ Tips and Bonus Commission (Sales, New Client Membership)
