$22/hour. Should be approximately 40 hours per week over the next 8 weeks. The Self-performing Superintendent will be installing Hardie Siding, Painting, and finishing out interiors and needs a hardworking second pair of hands. Trash pickup and other general tasks will be added as required to finish the job. You must have your own vehicle. Any construction or handy experience is helpful, but common sense is even more important. Must work safely.
Payment will be via Zelle or check. No taxes are withheld and you will not receive a 1099. Prefer to pay at end of week, but can make some interim payments every few days if needed (just not daily).
