We are hiring someone with their own pickup truck to work at an apartment complex Duluth, GA, Sunday through Thursday, starting immediately. Pick-up hours start promptly at 8 PM and finish no later than 10 PM most nights. Most nights duties will only take 1.5 to 2 hours.
The Trash Fairies courier is responsible for part-time, nightly, door-to-door collection of trash and recycling items within assigned apartment communities.
JOB SITE: Duluth, GA 30096
SCHEDULE: SUNDAY through THURSDAY, 8 PM - 10 PM
PAY: $700 per month ($350 on the 1st and 15th of each month, 1099 Contract Labor position)
START DATE: ASAP
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time (8 PM - 10 PM).
Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards.
Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment:
Must have own truck.
Must have a phone with data plan to download specific apps we use.
Must currently have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must maintain valid documentation Auto Liability Insurance, Driver's License, etc.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions.
Ability to climb stairs and walk distances.
Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
