Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high cleaning standards
Train and mentor new cleaning staff
Maintain supply inventory and order cleaning products as needed
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of janitorial experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable transportation required
Professional and detail-oriented
