Position Overview:
We need a candidate who can operate equipment like skid steers and excavators and handle labor tasks as required. Flexibility in duties is key. Must be able to complete projects and troubleshoot on their own. Need a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously.
- Adapt to changing job requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Experience in Landscaping preferred
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Flexibility in scheduling and tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
