Job Description:
Tenacity Clean is currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team in Kennesaw, GA! As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of vacation rental properties, ensuring that each property is sparkling clean and ready for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental properties (kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, etc.)
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
- Ensure the property is guest-ready, including tidying up and making necessary repairs (if applicable).
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work efficiently with a focus on detail and high standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb or hotel experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and move items as needed.
