Maintenance technician position available for flexible work hours within metro Atlanta (midtown and surrounding neighborhoods). Some experience in general residential repairs required. Scope of work includes performing maintenance and repair tasks on occupied and vacant rental properties Monday through Friday. All tools and additional training will be provided.Position will require 'people skills' as our technicians often correspond and communicate with tenants. Additionally, applicants must be presentable, professional, reliable, and punctual. Requirements: valid drivers license, current background check (you must provide or inquiry will not be considered), reliable vehicle (car, truck, or SUV), able to lift 40 pounds, comfortable on small ladder, and no felony or theft convictions. Applicants must be 21 years or older.
Starting pay 35000/yr up to 91,000/yr
