Job Description: Day/ Night Porter (janitorial and some light building maintenance)
Location: Fox Theatre
Wage Rate: $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (19-40+ Hours per week)
Porter Duties: subject to change per management discretion
-maintain common areas for cleanliness
-monitor entryways, sidewalks, perimeter of building for debris, dirt, trash
-maintain restrooms and clean as needed
-general cleaning duties that may alter with site needs (events, special meetings, project cleaning, etc.)
-report any maintenance issues to property management
-wipe down touchpoints throughout the shift
-monitor & restock paper towels, soap dispensers, tissues, toilet seat covers
-respond to spills and emergency clean up requests
-communicate with management on all building related issues and concerns (as needed)
-walk the perimeter of the building and check for debris, maintenance issues, leaks, cleaning needs
-check inventory and supply orders as needed
-assist with various light maintenance and facilities team as needed
-lifting of items do not exceed 50 pounds
-safe and clean environment
-no requirements of heavy machinery use or large objects
-diligent teamwork required
-tardiness is not acceptable
-client confidentiality is priority

-uniforms supplied but black shoes and black pants are required
-must pass background check
