Job description
Role is to assist the Branch Manager, working with the the largest independently owned kitchen exhaust cleaning company in the country. Looking for someone who is good at providing direction to others, able to help others to do their best work, and has good customer service skills.
Looking for a candidate who is:
Self-Motivated, professional demeanor, team-focused
Dependable and accountable
Able to effectively communicate with employees and customers
Not afraid to get dirty when needed
Able to work over 8 hours when the job needs it
Job includes:
Help facilitate production each work shift
Learn duties of a crew member and jump in and help when needed
Train new employees, support ongoing training of all team members
Work is inside and outside in all types of weather
Need to be able to multi-task
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable (good driving record)
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs: Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to climb ladders and work on roofs
Must be able to travel as needed (overnight occasionally)
Attend paid training program (possibly out of state, up to 4 weeks, can discuss at interview)
