Job Overview
Location: Atlanta Southwest Primarily serving; Douglas, Fulton & Fayette Counties
Your Role as an Emerald Leader
The Emerald Leader is our on-site project champion—a combination of crew manager, quality inspector, and customer experience leader. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all day-of-job production activities, ensuring excellence in workmanship, team accountability, safety, and customer WOW delivery.
Duties
Lead and supervise crew of 2-5 painters
Manage projects on both residential and commercial sites
Coordinate daily logistics including loading/unloading materials, setup stations, and clean-up staged properly
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and drywall repair as necessary
Execute painting tasks alongside the team to maintain job timelines
Ensure multi-point inspection and quality control is followed
Communicate clearly with homeowners and commercial clients
Collect feedback and assist with post-job reviews or payment
Mentor junior crew members and support their skill development
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial and residential painting
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations
Familiarity with cabinets, drywall installation and repair techniques
Ability to read work site schematics and follow detailed instructions
Great communicator with professional appearance and demeanor
E-verifiable with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work in Douglas, Fulton, and Fayette County job sites
