We are hiring Part-Time On-Call Maintenance Technicians in both Texas and Atlanta areas. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and maintenance experience who are looking for flexible hours and the ability to assist with various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests for various properties
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Assist with preventative maintenance
Complete repairs quickly and efficiently
Maintain and repair property equipment
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and repair common property issues
Must have own tools and transportation
Flexible and available
Must be reliable and self-motivated
