Hey, so we have rental properties. On these properties we have Contract workers who will be remodeling our homes.We need to keep them accountable and truly know how much work they are doing per day. We will need you to be onsite with the workers, send us updated pictures throughout the day, and at times we will want to get on a live video call/Facetime to see their work.
You will be there with them all day as they work. The crew usually works 9am - 7pm daily. You will need to constantly check in with us, provide updates and communicate with us most of the day.
Essentially you will be on the job site recording, video calling us, and communicating with us whenever we call or reach out to you
All you need to be successful in this role is a Camera phone- preferably an iPhone, and great communication skills. If you know home remodeling, that is a +, but not Required.
Pay is $150/day to start off and there is a chance to grow.
