Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Stand-up Reach Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload materials, move products within the warehouse, and perform various warehouse tasks. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our operations.
```Responsibilities```
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items
- Perform daily inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory movement
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
```Skills```
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Proficient in loading and unloading materials using a forklift
- Familiarity with reach trucks, clamp trucks, and hi-lo equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
