We are seeking an experienced Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a property in the Cartersville area. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash compactor areas.
This property is serviced 4x per week between the hours of 11pm - 6am and will generally take about 45 minutes to an hour each service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
