We are seeking an experienced Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a few properties around the Cumming area. Two of them are serviced on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday and the other is serviced Monday - Saturday. One property takes about 2 hours, the other an hour and a half, and the other about an hour to complete.
The Porter will be responsible for blowing off the store front sidewalks, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash compactor areas, maintaining entrance to shopping center, and reporting any illegal dumping to management. A pickup truck or trailer is very helpful and saves time. There are additional opportunities to earn extra income by hauling bulk items from the property and other properties in the area as needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income and some flexibility. You will be working autonomously, with management checking employee uploaded pictures in our internal software, and checking on properties consistently to ensure quality of work.
There is a monthly rate for the properties and will be paid in weekly payments every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain sidewalks and store fronts
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned

Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
