We are currently seeking a couple of people who live close to Peachtree City to join our team as trash porters. I currently have two positions available.
Position 1 -
Services two properties in Peachtree City on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. This will generally take about 3.5 hours to complete each service day. 2 hours at one. 1.5 hours at the second. Setup and supplies are initially provided, but the porter is responsible for providing trash bags after the initial supply is depleted. This work needs to be completed between 5am - 10am. Duties include maintaining the trash/litter on property and parking lots. Remove common area trash liners, replace, and dump in on-site enclosure. Blowing store front areas. Litter picking, valet tenant trash, etc.
Position 2 -
Service one property in Peachtree City 7x per week in the evenings between 9pm - 11pm. This will take no more than an hour and is valeting tenant trash to the onsite compactor.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income and some flexibility. You will be working autonomously, with management checking employee uploaded pictures in our internal software, and checking on properties consistently to ensure quality of work.
There is a monthly rate for the property and will be paid in weekly payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
