✅ You MUST:
Operate a sit-down forklift (certification required)
Perform light assembly work when needed ( Important !)
Have reliable transportation
Be honest, punctual, and organized
Maintain excellent attendance (non-negotiable)
Work independently in a high-volume environment
(Bonus) Powersports mechanic knowledge is a plus!
