Position Overview
Assist Lead Technician in providing emergency restoration services.
Job Responsibilities
Perform moisture checks
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Perform water extraction, mold remediation, demolition and debris removal, cleaning and content manipulation
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Good verbal and written and communication skills
Good customer service skills
Follows company guidelines and standards
Takes instruction and stays on task
Prior experience in construction or water damage mandatory
Must be able to move up to 75 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
Must be able to be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
Must be authorized for work in US
Must pass a background check
