-Shop Welder/Fabricator $22-$30 Per Hour
-Shop Helper/Apprentice $17-$22 Per Hour
-Field Foreman/Supervisor $30-$35 Per Hour
-Field Welder/Demo/Install $22-$32 Per Hour
-Field Helper/Apprentice $17-23 Per Hour
-General Labor $15-$20
We are looking for qualified, hands-on, motivated individuals that are looking for a career in this field and want to make an impact. The pay you receive will be based on your knowledge and/or how fast you learn and adapt to the environment you are placed in. Our work is custom based on our customer’s needs. This is not a repetitive manufacturing.
YOUR SKILL LEVEL & PAY IS HOW YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM
Basic Requirements for All Positions
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 75lbs while wearing required PPE.
Demonstrate good mathematical skills
Mechanical Aptitude
Be comfortable with heights using safety harnesses and man lifts
Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
Take instruction, follow instructions and retain information
Work 40hrs minimally per week
A valid Drivers license is a plus
