Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Contract Attorney with a strong background in legal research and case preparation. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of legal tasks across different cases and legal matters. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, ethical integrity, and the ability to work on a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
Stay updated with changes in law and legal practices relevant to the firm’s areas of focus.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to any state Bar in the United States.
Proven experience as a Contract Attorney, with a strong foundation in legal research, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively across multiple cases and deadlines.
High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
